These terms cover your use of closingedgepicks.com and any picks, emails or channels from Closing Edge Picks ("we"). By using the site you agree to them.
You must be 21 or older
The site and its content are only for adults 21 and older. You're responsible for knowing whether sports betting is legal where you are. We don't take bets, hold funds or operate a sportsbook.
Picks are opinions
Everything we publish is opinion and information for entertainment. It isn't financial, legal or professional advice, and it isn't a promise of any result. Past performance, including our public record, doesn't guarantee future results. You alone decide whether to bet and how much, and you're responsible for your own losses.
How the record works
The public record lists every pick that made the card, graded by result and by closing line value. Before launch, picks are tracked on paper and no one is charged for them. Test runs of our own systems are excluded. Grading uses public final scores; if we find a grading error we correct it and leave the pick on the record.
Waitlist and future subscriptions
Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything. If paid plans launch, their price, billing and refund terms will be shown before you pay and will be added here.
Your use of the site
Don't copy, resell or redistribute our picks or content without written permission, scrape the site, or interfere with how it runs.
No warranty and limits of liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any losses, including betting losses, that come from using it or relying on anything we publish.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
