What we collect

• Your email address and the date you joined, when you sign up for the waitlist.
• Your confirmation that you're 21 or older and agree to launch emails.
• Basic technical logs from our hosting provider, such as request times and error reports, used to keep the site running.

We don't use advertising trackers or sell your information.

How we use it

To email you when picks launch and, if you join a paid plan later, to deliver it. We won't send marketing you didn't ask for.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that run the site and send email for us, and only as needed to do that. We'll disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

Every email includes a way to unsubscribe. To have your email deleted from the waitlist, or to ask what we hold about you, email hello@closingedgepicks.com. California residents can also use these rights under the CCPA.

Adults only

The site isn't for anyone under 21, and we don't knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above.
